Cancellation Policy

LATE / NO SHOW POLICY Please arrive on time! We understand life, traffic & weather happen so there is a 10 minute grace period. However, you will be considered a NO-SHOW after the grace period expires, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION POLICY Appointments are required to be rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment must be rescheduled within 3 business days or deposit will be forfeited.
